The University aims to recycle as much waste as possible and from January 2014 will be required by law to do all that it can to segregate recyclable materials for separate collection.
Information on the management of recyclable and general waste is available on Estates & Buildings web site and there is also a waste recycling poster that can be downloaded and displayed.
Please note, recycling and other waste bins should not be located adjacent to exits/entrances from rooms or in any area (such as corridors and stair wells) that may form a means of escape.
