Research Culture is part of the multi-disciplinary Research Culture and Researcher Development team based in the Research Services Directorate.

Led by Dr Rachel Herries, we provide a broad spectrum of resources, networks, activities and events designed to promote and nurture an engaging, fair, and collegial research culture.

The universities of Glasgow, Edinburgh and St Andrews have been awarded £3m by Wellcome, to create a new framework for collegial research leadership. The InFrame project aims to address the paucity of systematic knowledge on how collegiality can be fostered, recognised and rewarded.
