‌CoreMobile for Android

To access CoreMobile, open your device's browser and navigate to: https://hrportal.mis.gla.ac.uk/coremobile/cm_html_framework.login

You will be presented with the CoreMobile log in screen

Enter your network username and password.

Adding CoreMobile to your Home Screen:

When on https://hrportal.mis.gla.ac.uk/coremobile/cm_html_framework.login, select the Bookmark icon on the top right of the screen.

Select 'Add bookmark'

Here you can customise the name of the bookmark. Ensure you have saved once you have finished this.

When you go to your bookmarks, you can now see that the web link is now appearing here.

In order to add this  to your Home Screen, press the Core Mobile icon. and from the menue that appears, select 'Add shortcut to home screen'.

The CoreMobile icon will now display on your Home Screen.‌

To keep your personal information secure please ensure that:

• A PIN is set to protect the device from casual unauthorised use
• Ensure the PIN is not guessable (i.e. do not set 0000, 1234 etc)
• Set a timeout to lock the device, such that the PIN is always required after a period of inactivity.
