Sign-up now open for a new block of Bikeability classes, run by GUEST

GUEST Transport Promoter, Natasha, will be running another six week block of Level 2 Bikeability classes from week 6 to 11 of the semester, on Tuesdays from 11:30-12:30.

Level 2 focuses on cycling confidently and safely on roads, including junctions. The classes will use quiet roads close to the University, moving to busier junctions as they progress.

You will need a bike and a helmet as both are compulsory to doing the course. If you do not have your own bike, you can loan one for a month for free from Bike for Good in Finnieston (they will also give you a helmet to borrow), or you can use an OVO hire bike. The lessons are free for students and staff at UofG, but there are limited numbers. Participants will be informed about further details including meeting points once you have signed up.
