Supporting our Hardship Funds

Colleagues can help support students in need through the UofG Hardship Funds

All colleagues can help support UofG students in need.  Donate now to the University’s Hardship Funds and help students when they need it most.  The ongoing crisis in Ukraine has placed more of our students in challenging situations. Our Hardship Funds support those facing some of life’s worst challenges: sudden bereavement, job loss, conflict at home or war.  Please consider making a gift to support our student community.

Rachel Sandison, the University’s Refugee & Asylum Seeker Champion, said: “As the University’s Refugee & Asylum Seeker Champion, I would like to take this opportunity to reassure you that the University of Glasgow is doing everything in its power to aid those that are displaced and facing hardship in Ukraine.

"Our own hardship funds are providing immediate support to those students who require financial assistance at this time.  The University has taken steps to increase these funds but we still require more if we are able to help all those in crisis.  Please consider making a gift to support our student community."
