University’s Every Mind Matters project presents a full programme of events

The University’s Every Mind Matters project is excited to host talks on neurodiversity and disability equality from internal staff, as well as UK and international speakers.

The event includes talks such as…

  • 12 November, 13:00 - Dr David Simmons: Sensory processing in autism within HE settings;
  • 18 November, 13:00 - Dr Jonathan Vincent/PRO-autism: Building positive relationships between autistic and non-autistic colleagues, supervisors, and peers;
  • 22 November, 15:00 - Professor Jay Dolmage: Accessible Research laboratories;
  • 23 November, 18:00 - Vivienne Isebor: ADHD, race, and non-binary intersectionality;
  • 24 November, 11:00 - Dr Leon Franzen: Neurodiversity, accessibility, and dyslexia in HE;
  • 26 November, 13:00 - Professor Kate Sang & DISC: Implementing reasonable adjustments within HE for disabled people; 26/11/21 @ 13:00
