SMG objectives

As a response to the report, the Senior Management Group at the University have publicly committed to at least one anti-racist objective for 2021.
Each member of the University's Senior Management Group (SMG) have each publicly committed to taking an anti-racist approach to University processes and systems, each committing to at least one anti-racist objective for 2021.
