An update from Chris Green, Chief Transformation Officer

An update from Chris Green, Chief Transformation Officer.

In two years, the transformation of the University has made a lot of progress with many positive changes starting to be delivered: from streamlining the HR recruitment process, launching the Reach Out service for our students and, most recently, supporting the shift to online exams during lockdown.

As we do that, we are collectively making sustainable change possible due to the hard work and dedication from staff across the organisation. Thank you.

This is a fantastic place with great people who have done a brilliant job in the strangest of times: these examples and others make it clear that we have the desire and, increasingly, we are developing the skills to make positive changes, even in difficult times.

To let you know a bit more about what’s been happening and what’s coming up in the next few months in the transformation programme, we've created a short video update.

As always, if my team can help or support you in any way, please get in touch.
