Staff Feedback Inspires Change

Inspiring Change initiative to drive University-wide consultation and feedback in the wake of the 2016 Staff Survey and UofG strategy 2015-2020.
A new initiative is being launched to encourage University-wide feedback and engagement.
The forthcoming Inspiring Change website will highlight the ways in which the University of Glasgow is moving forward to reach the goals set in the Inspiring People – Changing the World strategy launched a year ago. It is also intended to encourage staff to feedback their views and ideas.
The website will launch with the results of this year’s staff survey, run during May, which attracted more contributions than any previous survey. More than 4000 people from every part of the University fed back their views – a 68% response rate. That was up from 60% in 2014 and 33% in 2012.
The Inspiring Change website will be launched next week with links and information in Campus e-News.
