Find out what research funding opportunities are available for academics willing to conduct their research in Poland.

Polish Info Day is an international careers event aimed at the Scottish research community. It will focus on funding opportunities for individual researchers willing to conduct their research in Poland.

Presentations will cover:

  • All the main funding agencies in Poland, including the National Science Centre, the National Centre for Research and Development, and the Foundation for Polish Science (FNP).
  • The FNP International Research Agendas Programme, which aims at creating new research centres of excellence in Poland. The programme is shaped on the Horizon 2020 Teaming for Excellence launched by the European Commission and in the next seven years Poland will allocate over 120 million Euros to implement it.

This event was organised by the Foundation for Polish Science in cooperation with the University of Glasgow, Universities Scotland, and the British Embassy in Warsaw.
