Updates to the CORE HR system

Dear Colleagues
 
I would like to inform you that the HR system is now available for use.   The look and feel is similar to the current views although the dashboard tab at the top right is now available at the left hand side in the corehr tab.  
 
Please note: the staff request process (new/replacement posts) has been streamlined to make it more user friendly and the new process note on how to use this and how to approve a request are attached to this email  
 
Refresher training for this will take place over the next couple of months but if you would like to attend training, there is a session on Wednesday afternoon this week from 3 – 5 pm and there are still places available.  Please email: hrphelp@glasgow.ac.uk for training or if you have any issues with access.
