Strategic Partnerships for Higher Education Innovation and Reform (SPHEIR), the new DFID fund to support innovative higher education transformation projects, is seeking applications.

SPHEIR (Strategic Partnerships for Higher Education Innovation and Reform), the new DFID fund to support innovative higher education transformation projects, is seeking applications.

SPHEIR aims to transform the quality, relevance, scale, accessibility and affordability of higher education in Sub-Saharan Africa and other DFID target countries by supporting innovative international partnerships.

This call, which aims to identify two demonstration partnerships, is open to projects that focus on the delivery of higher education using technology-enhanced learning while demonstrating relevance to labour market needs and employability of graduates.
