Examine and practise techniques for communicating assertively with your team to enable a culture of trust, high performance and productive, healthy working relationships to develop.
This workshop will help you to adopt assertive communication approaches and techniques to address any difficult workplace situations you may face.
Covered during this half day will be an overview of effective team working, the adoption of assertive thinking, behaviour and application of a model of assertion and supporting techniques.
