Identify

Understand and recognise the skills and employability value innate to the discipline and what is developed through course and programme design

Surface

Clearly articulate the skills and employability value of our teaching to students by making more explicit reference to how disciplinary and future skills are developed

Enhance

Embed experiential learning opportunities into courses, which specifically encourage students to apply and connect their learning to the world

Assess

Support meaningful assessment by building an understanding of how skills and employability can be consistently and meaningfully assessed

Review

Use insights related to careers, employability and student destinations to inform effective curriculum planning design, development and enhancement
