If you wish to attend an Agresso training course or you have training requirements (eg wish training in enquiries or another specific topic) please contact the Agresso Helpdesk.
We are currently offering online Training courses using Zoom. As an alternative to online training courses, on-site visits may be provided to users on an individual basis, if this is the most appropriate way to provide the training or support required.
Agresso Web Requisitioning
This course is for anyone who will be raising a requisition on the Agresso Web Requisitioning system.

Purchasing Officer Training
This course is for users who will be Agresso Purchasing Officers. The Procurement Office Purchasing Officer Training Exercises should also be completed. No access to Agresso will be given unless the user has been approved by the Procurement Office.
The training will use Agresso to Approve Requisitions, Print orders, Goods Received notes, Closing Orders, and other relevant areas. It is recommended that Purchasing Officers also attend the Web Requisitioning course before attending the Agresso Purchasing Officer training course.

ONE-HOUR ENQUIRIES TRAINING COURSE:
These short Enquiries courses show users existing enquiries available on Agresso Back Office. These courses will show the users how to view transactions, balances, and commitments using existing enquiries on Agresso. These courses do not offer users how to build enquiries.

Sales Order/Invoice Process
The Sales Order Training is an online training tutorial. The online videos will show the user how to raise Sales Orders and the various different options for this.

This short course will show Agresso users how to use the enquiries available in the Agresso Back Office Tool-kit. Following the course the user will understanding how to establish how much budget is available to spend on an individual project.
