New General Funds Project Request

A General Funds Project operates on a year to date basis with Input VAT being non-recoverable and no output VAT.

Financial responsibility for these projects sits within each College. This means that the College is responsible for:

• Making budget allocations
• Ensuring that projects remain within budget
• Ensuring that any required accruals are processed at year end

If you wish to open a new General Funds Project then please complete the highlighted fields on the New General Funds Project Form

Once completed, please obtain authorisation for this new project from your appropriate College contact below and forward to: finance-mact@glasgow.ac.uk
