Professor Chandran Kukathas, Dean and Lee Kong Chian Chair Professor of Political Science at the School of Social Sciences at Singapore Management University, delivered the Fringe Tercentenary Lecture at Panmure House in Edinburgh on 21 August 2023.

He discussed 'Adam Smith And Immigration: The Division Of Labour, The Extent Of The Market And Moral Development'.

Panmure House is a 17th-century townhouse located in Edinburgh's Canongate. It is the only surviving residence of Adam Smith, who lived there between 1778 and 1790 and was his final resting place.
