Generously sponsored by Music in the University (Ferguson Bequest) and the Culture and Creative Arts Collaboration Committee, the University of Glasgow Opera Society are proud to present Lucia di Lammermoor.
The Opera Society is made up of current students, staff and alumni. Soloists have taken part in a masterclass with Scottish Opera in order to prepare for this run of performances.
Performances take place:
Thursday 26 May 7.30pm at Sloans Bar in Glasgow city centre
Friday 27 May 7.30pm at Teviot Row House Student Union, Edinburgh
Saturday 28 May 7.30pm at University of Glasgow Memorial Chapel
After the performances are completed, soloists will visit 3 care homes in Glasgow to bring scenes from Lucia to our local civic community.
