My experience with the College Employability Programme has been extraordinary! The courses are very well structured, didactic, and easy to follow. The information presented is valuable and up-to-date for developing skills that we will need in our work life. The tutors are friendly and helpful. They gave me feedback with valuable tips and recommendations to improve my employability skills. I recommend this programme 100%!
In what ways have College Employability Programme courses prepared you for internships/future jobs?
I worked for nine years in Peru before coming to Glasgow to study for my Master's. I find the knowledge I obtained from the College Employability Programme will be beneficial when I return to a working environment. This programme helped me reinforce my leadership, communication, project management, teamwork and presentation skills while gaining new insights through the reflections I wrote on the forums and tools like the Belbin Team Roles assessment. After taking the College Employability Programme courses, I feel more confident to start a new chapter in my employability journey.
