Arts Lab for Postdocs
There is a dedicated Moodle resource for research-only staff in the College of Arts & Humanities; follow the link to self-enrol. It centres on the UK-wide Concordat to Support the Career Development of Researchers. The Moodle provides: career development resources; sample documents (e.g. CVs, grant applications); slides from training sessions; and links to guidance on publishing, on impact and engagement, and on teaching and supervision.
We have set up a Network for research-only staff and their line managers: information on events, workshops and peer support groups organised by the Network can be found on the Moodle. The Network launched with an event on 13 October 2021. Information about further events and communication channels is on the Moodle. Research-only staff are welcome to all Arts Lab events, and are warmly encouraged to take part in the activities, or the leadership, of our Labs and Themes.
