Kezia joined the SFC Upskilling Project in March 2020 as Project Officer. Kezia manages the portfolio of Upskilling Courses throughout the year, working with partners and academics to launch the highest-quality courses possible. Kezia manages the Upskilling Project Team who support learners from their initial enquiry until they get their transcript at the end of the course. Kezia co-ordinates the UofG Upskilling Strategy Board, chaired by Vice Principal of Learning and Teaching Moira Fischbacher-Smith.
Francesca took up post as the Project Assistant in January 2021 after previously working on the administration of one of the pilot courses in 2020. Francesca supports learners through the facilitation of Onboarding processes and oversees the enquiry helpdesks and inboxes.
