Biography

I am a social scientist with 20 years post doctoral experience working in Public Health and Urban Studies. For the last 6 years I have  taken a significant role in the ESRC funded Urban Big Data Centre, leading on Housing and Neighbouhoods research in the centre.

Research interests

My research interests are:

  • Neighbourhoods and neighbourhood dynamics
  • Understanding new forms of data in housing and the urban environment
  • Changes in the Private Rented Sector (PRS), and the impact of living in the PR

I am a CO-Investigator in the Urban Big Data Centre where I lead the Housing and environment workpackage.
