Pre-existing Policies

The University has many in-depth pre-existing disability policies and equality groups, for both staff and students. At MCSB, we understand that the needs of research students and staff in a laboratory setting are very different from the needs of a student taking a taught or non-laboratory based course, or a staff member using only an office. As a result, we are working to create laboratory-specific guidelines to support disabled researchers.
