Glasgow Paediatric Research Day 2026

The 17th Glasgow Paediatric Research Day is planned for Friday 6th November 2026 at the Teaching and Learning Centre, on the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital and Royal Hospital for Children Campus, Glasgow.


This year's invited speaker theme will focus on Paediatric Infectious Disease, hosted by Dr Louisa Pollock, Consultant in Paediatric Infectious Disease at the Royal Hospital for Children, with plenary lectures from Dr Helen Brotherton, Consultant Paediatrician and Neonatologist, NHS Fife and Dr Kimberly Marsh, Public Health Scotland.


Abstracts on any aspect of paediatrics and maternal health will soon be invited from medical and surgical specialists, early career researchers and scientists, undergraduate and postgraduate students and allied health professionals.
