The 2025 Annual McGirr Lecture was a highly successful and inspiring event, bringing together students, staff, alumni and healthcare professionals from local, national and international settings. Held in a hybrid format, the lecture featured an engaging keynote address by Alison Bunce, founder of Compassionate Inverclyde, who shared her remarkable journey in nursing and community leadership.

The programme also celebrated student achievements and showcased international learning experiences, reinforcing the School’s commitment to excellence, innovation and global engagement in nursing education.
