Memorial service
After a maximum of three years the University will organise for the cremation of your body.
We hold an annual memorial service at the University Chapel in honour of those who have donated their bodies to medical science, with the family and friends of donors welcome to attend.
Staff and students from the University also attend the service to pay tribute to those who have enabled them to develop their teaching and training.
There is a Book of Remembrance in the Museum of Anatomy which commemorates our donors. If you would like to see the Book of Remembrance at any time, please contact us.
