Past Events

The 5th meeting of the Applied Algebra and Geometry network in Glasgow was an excellent overview of different research directions in applied algebra and geometry, which featured six engaging and accessible talks. The meeting was very successful with research interactions being facilitated after each talk, during the coffee breaks, during the lunch break as well as during the dinner on the 14th June. Of particular note are several future research visits which have been initiated during the Applied Algebra and Geometry meeting in Glasgow. Moreover, the meeting attracted a particularly wide spectrum of participants, including several of our own statisticians.
