Biography

Rai after becoming a lawyer joined a law firm in Glasgow and completed his LL.M in Corporate and Financial Law in 2011 at University of Glasgow as part time student. He is authorized to practice in both Scottish and English jurisdictions as a lawyer, regulated by The Law Society and The Law Society of Scotland. He is Barrister at Law in Lincoln’s Inn. He specializes in human rights and civil litigation. While remaining self-employed director of a law firm, he is pursuing a part time PhD at the University of Glasgow.
