Professor Esser and Professor MacNeil were recently part of an online panel discussion organised by the University of Stellenbosch, Faculty of Law as part of their Centenary celebrations. The discussion revolved around board decision-making, the position of stakeholders, and the interplay between soft law and hard law approaches. Other panellists included Prof. Andreas Van Wyk, Ms Ansie Ramalho, Mr Robert Lewenson, and Prof Richard Stevens.
