The Corporate and Financial Law Research Group of the University of Glasgow organised a full-day webinar on "Dissent in Insurance Law" on 6 July. Over 10 leading scholars engaged in very thought-provoking discussions on topical aspects of insurance like discrimination, the principle of good faith, as well as the implications of insurance on climate change, cyber risk, artificial intelligence, and many others.
Over 140 colleagues and students registered for the event.
