SAVE THE DATE for the two-day virtual summit organised by BIICL (British Institute of International and Comparative Law) in partnership with the law firm Hausfeld "Our Future in the Balance: The Role of Courts and Tribunals in Meeting the Climate Crisis". It will focus on Climate Litigation and bring together judges, policymakers, academics, legal practitioners, activists, economists, and other stakeholders. The key insights of this event will be presented at COP26in Glasgow.
