Campus Life
Students Association
The Crichton University Campus Students Association (CUCSA) organises a range of exciting social events and administers a growing selection of clubs and societies covering everything from film to football. Students also regularly get involved with clubs and societies in the local area, and this is a great way to maintain our strong links with the wider community. CUCSA is run by a committee, which is elected by the students at the Crichton Campus. Elections are held twice a year, in spring and autumn, and committee members are elected for a term of 12 months.
Gym
Students at the Dumfries Campus can take advantage of the free gym, located within the Dumfries and Galloway College building. More information about the gym is available online from Dumfries and Galloway College.
Swimming Pool and Spa
There is a swimming pool and spa on campus. Easterbrook Bistro, Bar and Spa provides food and drink all day, as well as a swimming pool, sauna, steam room and beauty therapies. More information is available from the Easterbrook Bistro, Bar and Spa website.
Crichton University Campus Boat Club
Established in 2012, CUCBC is the boat club for students at the Crichton Campus (including the University of Glasgow, the University of the West of Scotland, Dumfries and Galloway College, and other institutions) in Dumfries.
