On Thursday, 8 October 2026, the School of Infection & Immunity hosted our Postgraduate Research (PGR) Poster Day in the Wolfson Medical Building. 

The annual event affords our student community an opportunity to showcase their research, and network with fellow students and staff from across the school.  

Judges deliberated on the best posters before the prize winners (pictured) were announced by PGR convenor Professor Richard Burchmore:

  • First place: Sam McAllister
  • Second place: Nadia Davis
  • Third place: Megan Smith-Cerdán

Huge congratulations to all three, and a big thank you to everyone who came along, with special thanks to our judges and poster presenters.
