EQUIPMENT

We have three confocal systems:

- Inverted Zeiss SpinningDisk
equipped with CO2 chamber and heated stage
- Upright Zeiss LSM 880
- Inverted Nikon A1-R
equipped with CO2 chamber and heated stage

The SpinningDisk is suitable for a fast image acquisition in 3D. The LSM 880 is a work-horse microscope for fixed slides. The Nikon is suitable for live imaging, as well as for intra vital imaging.

All are equipped with lasers and detectors for multiple parameter image acquisition (blue, green, red and far-red channels) and motorised stage for z-stack acquisition and tile scanning.
