Research interests
My research interests focus on policies which promote independent living and equality for disabled people. I am currently exploring these themes in relation to the impact of COVID-19 on disabled people.
Other recent work has examined the implementation of different models of personalisation in social care and health across the UK and the impact new directives for integrated services. I have also completed studies looking at the impact of benefit changes on the lives of disabled people and new transition funds for young disabled people.
