Health in a Changing Planet

Overview
Rapid environmental change - through climate instability, land use shifts, and biodiversity loss - is having profound effects on human health. This theme integrates Planetary Health, One Health, and Environmental Economics to understand and address these impacts.
Research Focus
We analyse how environmental systems interact with human health and wellbeing. Our studies address the design of nature-based interventions, environmental markets, and agri-environmental policies in the face of ecological change and resource constraints.

Policy Impact
By combining empirical and policy-facing research, we support environmental management and health planning that is both sustainable and equitable.
