The Athena Swan Staff Consultation group are seeking volunteers to participate in short interviews as part of their consultation on “experiences of Performance and Development Review (P&DR) and career development”
The Athena Swan Staff Consultation Group is seeking volunteers to participate in short interviews as part of their consultation on “experiences of Performance and Development Review (P&DR) and career development”.
We would like to hear from staff from all job families and include a wide range of views on the P&DR process and career development. All interviews are confidential and will be conducted ‘remotely’ by telephone or videoconference, with anonymised reporting. We expect interviews will take approximately 30 minutes and will be scheduled to take place over June and July 2020.
