Dr Guy Solomon

Biography

Guy is an interdisciplinary researcher, with a background in geography, economic history, and digital humanities. His broader research interests concern the dynamics of cities, long term economic development, and reactions to risk/uncertainty. Guy currently works on the mathematics of cities as part of the Geospatial Data Science Team, with a particular emphasis on minority groups.

Prior to joining the University of Glasgow, Guy held academic positions at The Alan Turing Institute and The Open University.
