Chris travelled to Bandung, West Java, Indonesia to present as a keynote speaker at one of Indonesia’s major dental research conferences and visit the faculty of Dentistry at the Universitas Padjadjaran to discuss collaborative research and share ideas around the teaching of biomedical sciences to undergraduate dental students. It is hoped his visit, and continual engagement with the staff at UNPAD Faculty of Dentistry, will lead to a number of Indonesian students coming to Glasgow to study one of our postgraduate research programmes or engage in a research based PhD.
