Hetero-print will deliver a new technology for the scalable manufacture of heterogeneously integrated electronics, optoelectronics and microsystems through ‘smart stamp’ formats of micro- and nanotransfer printing (μ-TP). This will be enabled by combined advances in interfacial chemistry, epitaxial growth for membrane devices, active device screening and selective transfer.
