Together with expert colleagues based in Amsterdam, Berlin and Rijeka, Philip Schlesinger joined in the ‘Conversations on Europe’ organised by the European Studies Center at the University of Pittsburgh. Funded by the EU’s Erasmus+ scheme, the panel’s debate focused on ‘Creating Europe through Creative Europe’. Topics discussed covered the gamut of questions concerning culture, creativity, economy and identity in the European Union. The discussion was recorded for use by the European studies consortium of universities based in Pittsburgh, Illinois and Miami.
