Gillian Doyle gave a talk on UK film policy and the history of UK Film Council as part of the Liverpool Film Seminar Series - a series hosted by LJMU's Department of Film Studies and the Department of Communication and Media at the University of Liverpool and which is concerned with cultural policy questions - on November 2nd, 2016. Gillian's talk drew on CCPR's recently completed AHRC-funded project on the UKFC.
