The latest in the Basque Fellowship series of international seminars will take place at the Centre for Cultural Policy Research on 6 June. Speakers will include Tamara Witschge (Groningen), Nico Carpentier (Brussels) and Javier Diaz Noci (Barcelona). The seminar will interrogate new theories of participation in the light of the current campaigns for independence in Scotland and Catalonia.
