Gillian Doyle presented a report commissioned by the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) on Audiovisual Trade and Cultural Policy at a workshop organised jointly by the OECD, the Asian Development Bank Institute (ADBI) and the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT) and addressed by the Indian Minister of State for Commerce and Trade, Jyotiraditya Scindia, in New Delhi on January 19-20, 2012.
