Staff profile updates

The SCS webteam will create and modify your research and related content. Staff need to ensure that their contact and publication details are correct on the University's systems. Guidance is provided at the following link.
Managing your research profile: training and registration

Briefly, your name and address can be changes on the HR Self Service Core Portal. Contact hrphelp@glasgow.ac.uk if your details won't update. Your job title can only be changed by CMVLS HR staff.

Your publication list is managed by the University library in conjunction with the MVLS Research Office. The system is called Enlighten. Contact deposit@lib.gla.ac.uk if your publication profile is incorrect. New starts should send a publication list that covers previous affiliations.

Your grants list is managed by the MVLS Research Office. Not all types of income appear on this list. You can have a separate "funding" page on your website to display a more complete list of income.

Research group pages

Group leaders that provide more complete information will have more attractive pages that include the new navigation tiles. The bare minimum needed is a i) a research profile, ii) a good quality research image for your group and iii) a title for your research. There is no fixed rule for what content to display, as each group has a different balance or research, clinical, teaching and administrative roles.
