Dr Genevieve Coderre-LaPalme

Biography

Dr Coderre-LaPalme’s expertise is in the area of employment relations, marketisation and decent work. Her research focuses on the meaning of work and comparative industrial relations within a variety of sectors, including healthcare, social care, the civil service and musicians. She has a PhD in ‘Human Resources and Organisational Behaviour’ from University of Greenwich and holds a BA in Psychology and an MSc in Industrial Relations from the University of Montreal in Canada. She joined the Department of Management as a Lecturer in September 2023, having previously been a Lecturer in Employment Relations at the University of Birmingham since 2019.
