Professor Sreevas Sahasranamam has won two awards in this year’s Forty Under 40 UK Awards — in the Education category and the overall People’s Choice Award across all categories.
The accolades recognise him as an emerging leader under the age of 40 who impacts the world personally or professionally through exceptional leadership.
Professor Sreevas Sahasranamam said: “To be recognised for shaping entrepreneurial and innovation agendas globally, while staying rooted in inclusive education and community impact, is deeply meaningful. From co-chairing G20 taskforces and advising on ESG and digital economy, to mentoring globally mobile students and supporting social ventures—this journey has always been about building bridges: between academia and policy, tradition and innovation, local and global.
Thank you to everyone who supported and believed in this mission. This award is not just mine—it belongs to every student, collaborator, and changemaker I’ve had the privilege to work with.”
The Forty under 40 Award identifies, honours and celebrates a cross-section of the nation’s most influential and accomplished young business leaders under the age forty from a wide range of industries.
The award event took place at the Pall Mall building in London.
