Productivity Matters is Productivity Club Scotland’s annual conference that brings together organisations from Scotland’s private, public and third sectors to learn new strategies that can help your organisation boost productivity and increase your resilience.

These last few years have proven that being resilient and adaptive to change is the only way for businesses and organisations to survive.

But what does it mean to be a resilient organisation? How do you plan for being a future-proof organisation?

At our 2023 Productivity Matters conference you will hear from a wide range of businesses, academics, and experts about how to future-proof your business to survive, flourish and succeed.
