We are delighted to be partnering with Coursera to provide alumni with access to the University of Glasgow Coursera catalogue for free! Microcredentials
The University of Glasgow and the Adam Smith Business School have lots of short online courses called Microcredentials. These courses are a great way for Alumni to keep learning new things and build on skills and knowledge.
You can study from home and the courses are often flexible, so you can fit them around your schedule. They usually last between 5 and 10 weeks and run all year round.
If you are an alumni of the University of Glasgow, you are entitled to a discount on selected courses. It's an excellent way off helping you to continue learning throughout your life. Postgraduate Study
If you're thinking about taking your learning even further, a postgraduate (PG) course at the University of Glasgow is a fantastic choice. You can learn from world-class teachers and researchers, get skills that help you stand out in your job and open doors to new career opportunities or research paths.
As an alumni of the University, you can get 20% off course fees for eligible postgraduate taught and research programmes starting in 2025/2026. It's our way of helping to support your lifelong learning journey.

Short Courses
The University of Glasgow has a huge selection of short courses you can take to keep learning and growing. These include everything from in-person language classes to online history lessons - there's something for everyone no matter your interests.
