Maddie Sinclair

Maddie is a PhD Researcher at the University of Glasgow and a Research Assistant at the Rowett Institute, University of Aberdeen. She works broadly in the field of sustainable diets, primarily researching the role of dietary guidelines in the transition towards more sustainable diets in the UK.

My role on the SCAF ECN Committee will hopefully help me to gain practical skills in organising various events for ECN members, as well as benefiting from these events myself. It is also a great opportunity to network with others across the Scottish food system.
